Dobrinishte is an attractive spa resort located in Southwestern Bulgaria, 68 km from Blagoevgrad, 44 km from Gotse Delchev and only 2 hours away from the capital.

Dobrinishte ranks among the most popular spa resorts in the Pirin Mountains, in the immediate vicinity only 6 km from Bansko, the most modern and visited winter ski resort in the country.

The promising resort of Dobrinishte combines the spirit of the unique alpine nature saturated with mineral springs and a traditional village atmosphere. Nestled in the foothills of Pirin, skilfully located on both banks of the Desilitsa River in the southeastern part of the picturesque Razlozhka valley, at an average altitude of 850 m. With its favorable location, the city serves as a natural south-eastern border of the Razlog Valley, strategically surrounded by the three most beautiful native mountains, Rila, Pirin and Rhodopes. In front of the village, uniquely picturesque landscapes of the enchanting Pirin mountain are revealed, saturated with year-round greenery and the fragrance of the fresh mountain air.

There are 17 mineral springs on the outskirts of Dobrinishte, which lay the foundations for the development of Spa tourism. The resort is suitable for balneo and climate treatment. On the territory of the resort there are many conditions for practicing winter sports and active recreation. Prerequisites for the establishment of the resort as a center for mountain and active ski sports are the unique natural features, the close proximity to the Bezbog slopes and the many built facilities.

The ski track with dimensions of 6 km and an elevation of 820 m offers excellent conditions, both for beginners and advanced skiers, as well as for those looking for stronger challenges saturated with high adrenaline, snowboarders.

With the opening of the lift connecting the resort with the Bezbog hut, the village became the second most important ski center in the picturesque Pirin mountain, which ranks it among the most popular and attractive winter resorts in our country.

The settlement dates back to the Stone Age, replete with numerous deposits of authentic Thracian and even Roman pottery dating back to the time of Emperor Nero. The area of St. enjoys great interest. Nikola, in which continuous archaeological excavations are carried out.

The resort is distinguished by a relatively cold winter and a cool summer, which, combined with the mineral springs, favors year-round employment. It is characterized by average summer temperatures of about 23◦C, with a remarkable peak of precipitation during the winter period.

Dobrinishte is perceived as a natural starting point for numerous scenic routes of varying distances in the Pirin Mountains. During the summer period, from Dobrinishte to Bezbog hut can be reached in only 5 hours, and Tevno Lake can be visited in 6 hours.
